Main objectives:

Provide full range of office administration and relevant HR support to the organization.

Main responsibilities of the post:

• Support Finance, Administration and Human Resources Manager on general office administrative works
• ŸHandle procurement of office supplies, furniture and equipment
• ŸAssist in developing, reviewing and revamping HR policies and procedures in order to get prompt recommendation on necessary changes and enhancement
• Assist in setting up training manual and guideline
• ŸHandle HR functions including staff records, MPF, insurance package, recruitment and leave administration
• ŸReinforce employee communications, promote and cultivate corporate culture and values in the workplace
• ŸAd hoc duties as assigned by the CEO of FoE(HK)

Requirements:

• Good understanding in accounting and human resources task
• Ÿ2 years working experience in the administration and HR field will be an asset
• ŸExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ŸProactive and strong sense of responsibility
• ŸProficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• ŸAble to work independently, accountable to furnish all tasks on time and can work under pressure
• ŸFluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• ŸDegree holder in Human Resources Management and Administration or related disciplines preferred
