Job Descriptions:

• To lead the HR team to handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee relations
• Review and ensure all company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances
• Responsible for designing, implementing and managing HR projects

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, or any business discipline
• Minimum 6 years proven HR experience gained in sizable organization with 2 years at supervisory level
• Solid knowledge in HR standards, practices and labour legislations
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills to all level of staff
• Proactive in change management, resilience and with positive mindset
• High adaptability to dynamic environment
• Candidates with high EQ is preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
