Responsibilities:

• Accountable for consumer insights and value proposition of all products
• Provide input/contribution for marketing plan of the designated product group within the Category and provide input to business unit strategy
• Own and create Product Program by driving product creation process. Manage the complete product creation process and life cycle, liaising with internal and external parties as needed (Suppliers, Quality,  Customer, Countries)
• Own supplier relationships
• Drive the translation of the Value Proposition into Voice of Customer (VOC) with development team
• Own the business case of value proposition until concept start
• Responsible for the creation of the basic communication deliverables of all products and provide the communication briefing to Marketing team
• Ensure consistent and correct execution of the product creation process by managing the relations within the cross-functional framework

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in international product marketing / project management / purchasing /engineering, preferably in fast moving or durable good business
• Experience with supplier relationships and negotiations
• Experience with Product Market introductions, prepare and execute marketing plans
• Good understanding in Customer Insights and Value Propositions development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English
