Job Description

Responsibilities

Organize and co-ordinate for sales material
Prepare, maintain and deliver marketing material
Sales presentation / sales material preparation support
Handle-mails/calls of request
Follows up sales order and manages the designated customer accounts to build and establish professional relationship with Designers
Prepare marketing reports and provide administrative support to team

Requirements :

1. A recognized degree

2. A good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken),including Putonghua

3. Good computer literacy, including Photoshop, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Customer services experience is required

6. Fresh graduates will be considered

7. Independent, mature and attentive to details

8. Excellent communication skills

9. Mature, dynamic and able to work under pressure
