Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze internal control procedures on business operation and processes
• Identify and report internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies and provide recommendations and procedures to mitigate control weaknesses / non-compliance and improve operational efficiency
• Develop review plan, design test / check programs, perform compliance tests / checks and drafting reports
• Monitor and evaluate business operations and process in order to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide coaching and training and supervise audits and inspections

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry
• Attentive to details, with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and work as a member of a team
• Knowledge on how to read and interpret financial / business transaction data
• Good interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
• Solid communication skills with excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
