Job Description 工作範圍:

l Handle inbound /outbound calls in professional and efficient manner;

    以專業態度有效處理熱線來電查詢及致電客人；

l Exploit opportunity to promote and encourage repeated purchase;

    推廣及鼓勵客人定期使用公司產品及服務；

l Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients;

    跟進及確保客人獲得適切服務及支援；

l Clerical duties (data entry, filing etc.)

    一般文書工作(如: 資料輸入、存檔等)；

l Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving operations and service levels

    主動回饋有關改善客戶服務及流程之建議；

l Support Ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned

    支援客戶服務部相關工作

Requirements 入職要求:

l F.5 or above with at least 1 year customer service experience (Telemarketing / call   center experience highly preferred);

    中五或以上程度，並具一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗 (電話銷售或熱線經驗者優先)；

l Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin;

    流利廣東話及書寫中文，一般英語及普通話；

l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work & solve problems independently;

    具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題；

l Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing(MUST);

    熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字；

l No shift duty required

    不需輪班工作

Work Location: Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘

Working hour: 5 days work, 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

工作時間：每週工作五天，上午九時至下午六時

Benefit: Bank Holidays, Annual Leave, Year-end Bonus
