Core Responsibilities:

-           Monitor and supervise full spectrum of HR operational functions, including but not limited to recruitment and staffing, training and organizational development, C&B, and employee relations

-            Partner with the senior management to implement HR policies, procedures and notices

-            Prepare HR related reports for management review

-            Interface with different levels of internal and external stakeholders on various HR related projects and initiatives

Entry Requirements:

-           University degree in Human Resources or related discipline with more than 8 years relevant experiences in sizeable companies of which 5 years’ experience in supervisory level

-          Mature, independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

-          Attention to details with good analytical mind

-           Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations; 

-           Knowledge in using SAP (HRIS) is highly desirable

-           Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

-           Immediate available is preferred

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
