The incumbent will be responsible for managing master and data maintenance, support system roll out and provide account servicing on corporate stylish products to the strategic business units and group marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, verify and register the product specifications on article master
• Liaise with system end-users and IT team to fine-tune and streamline the supply chain operation flow under new system SAP
• Cooperate with strategic business units and designers for the corporate and initiate new product designs
•  Set target and keep track the progress of corporate new products
• Develop mechanism with data analysis on the market response of new product and make recommendation on the new design trend in specific market
• Support marketing department on product selection, develop FAB for press release and other marketing functions

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business administration or Inventory Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in merchandise planning field in retailing.
• Exposure in jewelry industry and project management will definite be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, strong business acumen with awareness of market trends
• Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent leadership skills
• Familiar with statistical tools and strong in MS Excel, including Pivot Table, V-lookup etc., knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Excellent communication skill with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
