Job Description:

• Handle I/E and full set of shipping documents: invoices, packing list, L/C, Tradelink independently etc.;
• Daily paperwork, filing, data entry etc. to support smooth operation
• Arrange import/export logistics flow and daily local delivery schedule
• Liaise with Greater China offices, factory, forwarders and overseas customers for shipment arrangement independently
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements: 

• F.7 or above
• We are seeking energetic, committed and responsible individuals. Fresh graduates are most welcome and you should be willing to learn, yet display a level of maturity and stress management.
• Experience with L/Cs will be highly considered
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Flexibility is a must
• Willing to handle pressure, independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge in PC skill, MS windows and computer operation
• Any other professional qualification will be considered as a plus
