Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing of Art Mall and other projects as assigned
• Responsible for the planning of the trade mix, new letting, renewal and tenancy negotiations for shops, kiosks and pop up stores
• Follow up of fitting out design and progress management
• Look for new and potential prospective tenants
• Maintain a good and close contact with tenants and customers
• Coordinate tenant promotion if necessary
• Analyze market trends and prepare reports
• Assist in budget forecast and preparation

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in retail leasing, of which 4 years at supervisory level
• Experience in mid-high end shopping centre is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and strong negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
