Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing of Art Mall and other projects as assigned
- Responsible for the planning of the trade mix, new letting, renewal and tenancy negotiations for shops, kiosks and pop up stores
- Follow up of fitting out design and progress management
- Look for new and potential prospective tenants
- Maintain a good and close contact with tenants and customers
- Coordinate tenant promotion if necessary
- Analyze market trends and prepare reports
- Assist in budget forecast and preparation
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in retail leasing, of which 4 years at supervisory level
- Experience in mid-high end shopping centre is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strong negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
