Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationship with Banking / MNC clients in the region consistently
• Supervise the daily operation procedures of CR Dept ,support and appropriate scheduling to corporate clients
• Organizing staffing, motivating & retaining staff, design & conduct training program to enhance working performance & provide quality customer service
• Handle corporate accounts independent , coordinate with related internal and external parties to review operation workflow and formulate improvement plans
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or related discipline
• With 3-4 years experience in accounts servicing, preferably in Banking / Telecom / Sales related industry.
• Customer-oriented with positive problem-solving capabilities, aggressive, result-oriented and detail minded
• Able to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative and work independently
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on PC skills in MS Word, Excel and business reports preparation
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
