Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the operations of customer service, warehouse and logistic activities;
• Handle purchase order and stock allocation;
• Monitor Customer Service to follow up delivery schedule and coordinate with customer;
• Monitor the stock level and coordinate with other sales office for stock sharing;
• Investigate stock discrepancy and provide solution and guideline to Customer Service,
• Warehouse and dispatch team to follow;
• Handle lost shipment through courier;
• Handle customer’s complaints;
• Supervise and coordinate in quarterly and annually stock taking with Auditor;

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in related professional;
• Experience to lead a team with at least 5 sub-ordinates;
• At least 8 years relevant working experience of which 5 years in supervisory/managerial level preferable;
• Excellent management, interpersonal & communication skills;
• Excellent organizing and planning skills;
• Excellent initiative and problem solving skills;
• Pro-active, Flexible and Strategic thinking;
• Good sense of responsibility and pleasant personality;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Good telephone manner;
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge in Navision is preferable;
• Experience in jewelry industry is definitely an advantage;
