Responsibilities :

• Perform daily accounting operation
• Handle invoice registiration and petty cash transaction
• Check expense claims, data input and accounts payable
• Assist in preparation of budget and forecast
• Coordinate and handle payment requests
• Perform month-end closing and prepare various analysis
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Assist in administration duties, if necessary

Requirements :

• Degree holder with major in Accounting, preferably with professional accounting qualification
• 4 years' relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge in Oracle finance system is an advantage
• Good communication skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Immediate available is highly preferred
