• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 9 (retail) regulated activities  
• Manage and execute the marketing and business development strategy of the business
• Identify business opportunities and customer needs
• Comply with all applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices
• To review and improve the current workflow and operation procedures

Requirements:

• Possess relevant qualification to register with SFC as Responsible Officer for Type 9 regulated activities, Retail experience is a must
• Self motivated, excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills
• Sound understanding of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Putonghua
• Full time or time part basis accepted
