Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with incoming callers/ guests/ patients
• Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone, following telephone etiquette
• Demonstrates positive professional customer service in all patient, staff, and visitor contacts
• Acknowledges patient’s rights on confidentiality issues, maintains patient confidentiality at all times, and follows company guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Candidate with Retail Sales, Customer Service, Hospitality Experience are welcomed
• HKDSEE / HKCEE graduate or equivalent, good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Cheerful, positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
