Duties :

• Lead the shop front-end staff to reach or exceed the assigned shop targets
• Acts as a Gatekeeper of Brand Image at shop, lead the shop staff to maintain the brand image
• Coordination between various departments and shop staff
• Enforce and execute company policy and procedures
• Assist and finish the tasks assigned by Shop Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ fashion retail experience and at least 4 years' experience at supervisory level
• Confident, self-motivated, analytical and innovative
• Strong leadership skill and be a good trainer
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Good computer knowledge, i.e. Excel, Word
• More than two spoken languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin or Japanese
