Key Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate publicity, promotion and liaison with donors, funding bodies and media
• Plan and implement corporate and fund raising events, coordinate agency-wide publications and promotional collaterals
• Provide secretarial support and handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

• University Degree or above with minimum 2 years’ work experience, preferably in publicity, media and brand building work
• Good inter-personal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
