Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the job holder will be responsible for providing professional support in wide spectrum of HR functions including record maintenance, payroll and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update staff records in timely and accurate manner
• Assist in commission & payroll calculation, leave administration and other C&B issues
• Manage frontline staff uniform stock level and assist in ordering and distribution
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Participate in other HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• 1-year HR experience, preferably gained in Retail or FMCG industry
• Organized, meticulous, flexible, proactive and able to perform multi-tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Immediate available is an advantage
