Job Descriptions:

• Perform journal entries for APAC - including HK, Japan, Australia and Singapore
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Sending out intercompany billings and confirming balances with inter-companies
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll provider and provide information for monthly calculation
• Quarterly tax packs to Corporate and sales tax preparation/filing to local tax authorities
• Support monthly management reporting
• Assist in accounts receivable and statutory audits as required
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 5 years of experience required. Previous experience working with multiple countries for APAC region is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Hands on Microsoft Dynamic AX and Costpoint experience is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
