Responsibilities:

• Monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are in accordance with the project cost budget;
• Prepare master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules;
• Ensure all short-term programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned;
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations;
• Provide effective and efficient site administration;
• Plan and organize various statutory inspections. 

Requirements:

• MHKIE with minimum 2 years relevant experience in the management of road and drainage works and/or building project; or
• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of recognized experience in the management of road and drainage works and/or building project; or
• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in the management of road and drainage works and/or building project (4 years minimum being in the management of Government term maintenance contracts involving maintenance of road and drainage works and/or building project;
• Good project management and planning skill;
• Knowledge in MS Office (English & Chinese);
• Valid Driving License No 1 and Green Card is required.
