Main objectives:

Raise public environmental awareness for the organization through enhancement of donor and member service.

Main responsibilities of the post:

• Help devise communication and marketing plan to maintain and attract members and donors
• Help prepare proposals and plans to approach potential donors and members,  help develop and deliver results on recruiting regular donors from FoE membership and the general public, and accordingly develop better member servicing and enhancing participation
• To liaise with sponsors on donation programmes and help execution of such programmes, from promotion to logistics
• To coordinate with various internal departments and external parties on implementation of proposals
• To network with relevant funding bodies for smooth implementation of projects and programmes
• Regular maintenance, update and analysis of the donor/membership database
• Responsible for coordination and administration works of the membership and donor projects
• To develop new ideas for existing donor and member service
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Passionate about making an impact on our environment and educating the next generation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good social marketing skills
• Good English proposal writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill will be key to success
• Proactive and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
• Able to work independently, accountable to furnish the assigned tasks on time
• University graduate required
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese required
• Environment knowledge or experience preferred
• 2 years working experience in relevant field preferred
