Responsibilities職務:

• Promote fuel card, to explore potential sales opportunities and new customers

  負責油咭推廣，開拓新商機及客路

• Assist Sales Manager to perform management to sales team, and meet sales target

  協助銷售部經理管理銷售隊伍，及達到隊伍銷售目標

• Assist and implement sales strategies for business growth

  協助執行銷售策略以達到公司銷售增長及盈利目標

• Responsible for sales team recruitment

  負責約見面試及聘請銷售員

• Follow-up sales order and analysis sales figure

  跟進銷售員返單及了解銷售情況

• To provide and guide sales technique to sales team

  提供及指導銷售技巧予銷售員

• To develop strong relationship with clients

  與客戶維持長期的良好溝通關係

• Ability to coach and develop a team of professionals

  培訓及建立專業團隊

• Out-door work is required

需戶外工作

Requirements入職要求:

• Form 5 or above

  中五或以上程度

• At least 4 years of working experiences in sales management level, especially in sales/service industry

  具最少四年銷售/客戶服務管理層經驗

• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)

  熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Exel)及中文打字

• With a strong interpersonal and communication skills

  良好人際關係及溝通能力

• Aggressive, outgoing, initiative and responsible person

  積極進取、外向、主動及具責任感

• Immediate available is highly preferred

Work Location: Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am -6:00pm

工作時間：每週工作五天，上午九時至下午六時

Benefit: Double pay, 10 days annual leave, bank holidays

待遇：年終雙糧，10日年假，銀行假期
