Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering enquiries for customer by phone.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with new and existing customer
- Marketing promotion follow up
- General admin for Shop and Marketing Department
- Adhoc services if required
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year or above related clerical or marketing experience
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Office
- English and Chinese data entry > 30wpm
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability
- Fresh Graduate will consider
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am – 1:30pm (Once a month)
