Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations in particular contract specify in traffic control and management

• Lead and coach teammates to attain quality service standards

• Optimize allocations of manpower for both short-term and long-term objectives

• Resolve issues on the spot, such as customer complaints or even emergency in a professional manner

• Identify areas of improvement and conduct improvement exercises

• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Requirments

• 7 years’ or above related working experience, especially in traffic control and taxi stand operation

• With knowledge in Road Traffic Ordinance and related rules and regulations pertaining to transportation

• Good technical skills in road work, traffic management and first aid

• Sound communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with all walks of life

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency for imminent issues or even emergency

• Holder of a valid driving license (class 1 and 2) with a good driving history

• A strong team leader with the ‘can-do’ attitude to lead and inspire teammates towards preset objectives
