Responsibilities:

• Identifying and exploring the potential suppliers and new products for business
• Support Germany Brand Manager Enquires and executing strategic sourcing
• Built up factory relationships and search for new suppliers.
• Supplier review and BOM analyze factory and Audit
• Work closely with HK sourcing team by delivering the appropriate products to the markets, at the best price and right timeframe.
• Participate in price negotiation and landed cost computation.
• Monitor Orders the development schedules from artworks, sampling, testing and approval to shipment.
• Negotiate payment terms, handle purchase order and critical path management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years merchandising experience in related categories in sourcing and buying environment (experience in Brand Owners /Retailers office would be an added value).
• Working Experience in Personal /Garment/Floor Care Products, as well as Seasonal items arrange for Europe Markets (Base Germany) and Standards.
• Strong Sourcing Background and Familiar products
• Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently.
• Assertive, self-motivated & excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the capability to interact effectively with all levels.
• Willing for Travel
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Computer literate. Proficient in MS Office 2010; SAP would be a great asset.
• Able to handle multi-tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity.
