Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Plan and execute CRM and promotion programs
- Conduct outbound call for building member loyalty, driving traffic to point of sales, events invitation and administration purpose
- Develop script for outbound calls for internal review
- Uphold the brand image with high standard of telephone manner
- Manage and consolidate group-wide contact databases
- Manage requests and ensure submitted data is compliant and do the quality assurance of data to ensure accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
- Customer-oriented, independent, excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Computer and MS Office software literate
- 1 year experience in Telemarketing or Customer Service
- Experience in beauty or retail industry is an advantage
