This position is responsible for providing support to HR functions of Compensation & Benefits to ensure the operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll calculation and HR System maintenance and updating
• Handle benefits administration duties
• Prepare various HR statistics compilation and payroll related reports
• Maintain good and systematic filing system
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in Human Resources function
• Detail-minded and positive working attitude
• Interest to work on numerical figure / data
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRIS, IPL will be a definite advantage
