Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of accounts
• Responsible for daily accounting duties including cheque issue, vouchers preparation, bank reconciliation and debts collecting, etc.
• Handle Data entry and documents filing
• Assist in annual audit and taxation matters
• Assist in month-end closing
• To perform ad hoc tasks

Requirement:

• F.5 or above with LCCI higher or above.
• At least 2 years accounting experience
• Fluent in Thai (both spoken and written), Good in Chinese and English
• Good PC knowledge including Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is a “MUST” & accounting system ‘MYOB’ is an advantage
• Fast learner, analytical minded and attentive to details
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Occasional travel to Thailand is required (with allowance)

Location: Kwun Tong

Working hours: 5 days work 9:00am - 6:00pm

• 負責會計有關資料輸入及文件歸檔
• 協助年度審計及報稅事宜
• 協助處理月結帳目
• 有需要時處理特別項目

入職要求﹕

• 中五或以上程度，須擁LCCI高級程度或以上資格
• 具最少2年會計文員經驗
• 良好泰文 (讀、寫)、一般中文及英文
• 良好電腦使用技巧，包括運用Excel，Word，MYOB會計軟件，及必須懂得中文輸入法 (倉頡 / 速成)
• 能靈活學習，能正確分析事件優先處理次序及細心
• 能獨立處理工作，主動，及能承受壓力
• 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• 能即時上班者優先考慮
• 有需要偶爾往返泰國工作 (另有津貼)

地點：觀塘

工作時間：每週工作五天，上午9:00 – 下午6:00
