Responsibilities              

• Look after the day to day administration, operation and service of the branch
• Supervise Citigold Associate and Tellers to ensure they can accomplish their works on schedule with minimum overtime and clerical error, and to maintain an efficient production standard
• Act as a trouble shooter of the branch
• Provide training and coaching to the frontline staff on the operation aspects to ensure they work in accordance to the established procedure and process
• Develop and execute the branch service plan to maintain good service standard and fill up identified service gaps of the branch
• Ensure compliance adhesive for all staff
• Identify operation risk and recommend solutions
• Suggest process improvement

Requirements:                

• F.7 with at least 7 years' retail banking experience
• Passed HKSI 1, 7, 8  and IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications or equivalent
• Knowledge of related branch operations and procedures, system and technology
• Strong people management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
