Job Description
- Diploma / High Diploma in Computer science, studies or related discipline
- Min. 3 years working experience in technical support & system administration
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible & independent
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for onsite & remote offices
- Install & maintain & troubleshooting networks, servers and client workstations
- Daily support and maintenance of network system (MS Servers, Exchange, Linux, Firewall etc.)
- Assist in project management and system development
- To handle daily routine tasks, web site update and assist in IT documentation
