Responsibilities :

• Administer employee compensation and benefits at Regional level, such as social security contribution, medical insurance, annual tax returns, employee discount etc
• Prepare monthly payroll calculation for the responsible countries
• Ensure legal compliance on C&B practices
• Update and maintain leave and attendance records
• Assist in consolidating monthly and yearly labour cost budget reports
• Prepare HR monthly reports and analysis
• Support data submission for compensation surveys
• Update and administer the HRIS system
• Handle and follow up work injury cases
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years solid working experience.  Exposure in retail industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of overseas labour ordinance is an advantage
• Excellent numerical sense
• Responsible, detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
• Excellent in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in organization and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good proficiency of MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred 
• Position title will be adjusted according to the seniority of the candidate
