Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plan to drive business and build corporate and brand image
• Lead a marketing team and set clear directions, timelines and priorities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that fully integrate above- and below-the-line activities and PR initiatives
• Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign
• Solicit joint promotions, manage A&P budget, provide market intelligence and carry out market researches
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years marketing experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role managing a marketing team
• Experience in beauty service or retail industry is a definite advantage
• A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and possesses strong planning, communications and analytical skills
• Highly committed and is eager to drive forward initiatives and achieving results
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
