Job Description

• Handle inbound /outbound calls in professional and efficient manner;
• Exploit opportunity to promote and encourage repeated purchase;
• Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients;
• Clerical duties (data entry, filing etc.);
• Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving operations and service levels;
• Support Ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above with at least 1 year customer service experience (Telemarketing / call center experience highly preferred);
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work & solve problems independently;
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing(MUST);
• No shift duty required

Location: Kwun Tong

Working hours: 5 days work 9:00am - 6:00pm

• 以專業態度有效處理熱線來電查詢及致電客人；
• 推廣及鼓勵客人定期使用公司產品及服務；
• 跟進及確保客人獲得適切服務及支援；
• 一般文書工作(如: 資料輸入、存檔等)；
• 主動回饋有關改善客戶服務及流程之建議；
• 支援客戶服務部相關工作

入職要求

• 中五或以上程度，並具一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗 (電話銷售或熱線經驗者優先)；
• 流利廣東話及書寫中文，一般英語及普通話；
• 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務技巧，積極主動，能獨立工作及解決問題；
• 熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字(倉頡/速成)；
• 不需輪班工作

地點：觀塘

工作時間：每週工作五天，上午9:00 – 下午6:00
