Responsibilities :

• Handle general data entry
• Provide administrative support to maintain a smooth daily sales operations
• Coordinate and assist with sales quotation/creating invoice/ordering/shipment related issues

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above
• 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics
• At least two years of clerical working experience
• Strong senses of responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player
• Proficiency PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Work Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable
• Good typing and Chinese word input
• Immediate available
