Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of daily payable and receivable accounting function
• Perform day to day transactions including verifying, posting, and recording accounts receivable data,
• Follow up with clients on overdue invoices actively and prepare monthly statement to customers,
• Verify and resolve discrepancies & other AR issues,
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Form 7 with LCC higher or above
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Knowledge in MYOB and Navision accounting system is an advantage
• Experience in FMCG, Trading or Retail industry is more preferable
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Independent, self- motivated, detail-minded and good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferred
