Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Handle hotlines customers' enquiries with good telephone manner.
  • Handle customers' complaints and feedback customer requests regularly.
  • Provide tenhnical support and simple repairing services (Level 1).
  • Co-ordinate with external and internal parties for problem fixing.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above.
  • 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics.
  • At least two years of related working experience.
  • Strong senses of responsbility, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Proficiency PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Work Processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable.
  • Good typing and Chinese word input.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
