YOU WILL FIND

This challenging role who will be responsible forincreasing brand and product awareness in retail presence and increasing local consumption via branded projects: -

• Develop Retail Marketing Plan to leverage on the communication platform to build the brand awareness, acceptance and appreciation of Swarovski Zirconia and Swarovski Gemstones to customers and consumers.
• Lead and orchestrate a team to provide operation support (business plan, client presentation), partner with the sales team to pitch for, to grow and to service customers
• Ensure world class communication at all levels and creative use of all media options and dollars to promote our brand and projects in an effective and collective manner
• Work along with Corporate Communication Team to ensure proper delivery of corporate branding and messages in local context
• Steer market researches and consumer researches (desk top or through research houses) to understand the macro environment and derive business potentials from data.
• Work with Sales Team on new business/segments and target consumer understanding, identifying potential customers, preparing SWOT analysis, suggesting business models and value creations for the supply chain
• Manage the marketing budget and to create resources

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of marketing experience especially in brand implementation
• Experience in retail brand is definitely an advantage
• Having China exposure is also preferred
• Working experience in advertising industry is a plus or familiarization of all production and application of communication materials
• Structured, well-organized and excellent negotiation skill
• Excellent team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
