Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales management, formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and Company’s objectives
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to frontline employees to maintain excellent shopping environment and an efficient and profitable retail operations
• Coach and motivate Operations Team to maintain high customer service standard and achieve operational effectiveness in the areas of sales, inventory, safety and expenses control, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities, setup and execute sales improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 5 years retail operations management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage industry
• Strong proven leadership, problem solving, analysis and communication skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and result-oriented
• Good spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred
