Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Issue purchase orders and handle shipping documents
  2. To assist with purchasing issues, eg, orders follow up, invoice checking, shipment arrangement
  3. Co-operate with warehouse and communicate with supplier regarding any product issues  
  4. Data entry and purchasing related paper works
  5. Provide clerical support to the procurement department
  6. Any ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:

  1. F.5 or above
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in purchasing
  3. Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  4. Good in written English and and spoken Mandarin
  5. Able to work under pressure
