Job duties:

• Responsible for preparing various reports in relation to shipment tracking and financial performance on weekly basis;
• Actualising finance numbers in various overheads and trade reports on monthly basis;
• Preparing ad hoc reporting on request;
• Supporting Finance team to complete period end closing.

Requirements:

• A qualified accountant, commercially oriented
• Excellent in MS Excel and other MS Office knowledge
• At least 3 years working experience in sourcing industry
• With handling budget / forecast experience will be an advantage, but not a must
• Fluent English is essential, Mandarin preferable.
