Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies and implement to achieve business objectives and align with long-term business growth.
• Drive creative plans for new and existing products and services launch with the goal in driving awareness and new customers.
• Lead and work cross-functionally with other teams in implementation of programs.
• Monitor performance and identify gaps between actual sales and target. Take appropriate action to fill in the gaps.
• Formulate long term plans to sustain brand image and build awareness.
• Draw consumer insight and study industry trends to explore opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing team in China to ensure brand image consistency nationwide.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Admin. or Marketing.
• At least 5 years’ experience in overall brand management, online marketing (Facebook, Wechat etc) or marketing agencies.
• Solid experience in handling ATL/BTL, CRM, PR, A&P budgeting.
• Creative, aggressive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
