Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and customs declaration
• Follow carrier booking, B/L and invoices
• Answer customers general enquiries
• Co-ordinate with client, suppliers and forwarders for shipment execution
• To co-work with other team members to secure smooth execution
• Monitoring the shipment status and report to leader
• Data entry and other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Fresh Graduate with good communication skills will be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and attentive to details
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office
