Job Description:

• Manage the processing of all purchase and accounts payable documentation and records, including checking of supplier invoices, processing payments, preparing journals, sub-ledgers and control accounts etc. Reconcile any discrepancy
• Maintain rebill register. Prepare month-end expenses allocation report and quarterly travel expenses report
• Control and reconcile inter-company statements. Prepare month-end inter-company statements for Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts purposes
• Maintain fixed assets and intangible assets registers. Prepare depreciation and amortization journals
• Prepare detailed account schedules and any other period-end reporting

Requirement:

• HKIAAT Graduate or above with LCC higher and more than 3 years accounting experience. Retail industry is preferable.
• Strong knowledge in using fully integrated accounting system(s) with SAP is a must
• Initiative, independent, good interpersonal & organization skills
• Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
