Duties

• Provide all kind of in-house / on-site support, troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on IT systems, network, software and hardware
• To maintain user applications and IT equipment (POS system, PC, servers, network, PABX and backup equipment)
• To maintain and develop company's websites.
• IT asset management and overall housekeeping.

Requirement

• Higher diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
• 4 years experience or above in IT support
• Prefer CCNA/MCSE, familiar with Cisco Router, Switch, Firewall & UTM;
• Prefer in support POS system
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML , PHP , ASPX , MYSQL , MS-SQL , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver
• Good network and telephony knowledge
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
