This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide administration and clerical support to Projects Department
• Responsible for project correspondences
• Manage Central Filing System and Electronic Document Management System

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in construction related projects
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and relevant software such as Aconex
• Team player with good planning and construction experience
• Previous work experience with the Authority would be an advantage
