Responsibilities

• To take overall responsibility for quality control of apparel items for the team;
• To ensure quality compliance with customers’ required standards through pre, in-line and final production inspection;
• Monitor production progress as well as ensure product quality;
• Formulate quality policy to align inspection standard between customers and factories;
• Manage, control and keep within budget;
• Frequent travel to Bangladesh / Pakistan / Far East Asia;
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements

• Graduate in clothing/textiles technology or quality management with technical background;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and technical management for apparels of Europe markets;
• Solid experience in casual wear (woven & knit) and outerwear jacket is an advantage;
• Be a team player with strong leadership skills;
• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing preferable in Europe market;
• Detailed-oriented, able to meet deadline, work under pressure;
• Can be patience, responsible, self-motivated and good interpersonal & communication skill;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Frequent travel is required;
• Good PC skills and familiar with MS Office operation;
• Immediate available is preferable.
