Responsibilities
- Manage Retail marketing development and observe operational requirements for Retail Security Sections
- Manpower scheduling and monitor team members performance
- Manage an effective relationship with customers and internal staff
- Handle customer regarding telephone enquiries and complaints and provide high Quality customer services
- Provide recommendations to improve overall operations
- Deliver an efficient and effective security service
Requirements:
- Strong leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation with professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer applications with good spoken English and Cantonese
- Holder of QAS Train the Trainer Certificate will be an advantage
- Willing to work on weekend & public holidays
- Immediate available is preferred
