Responsibilities

• Manage Retail marketing development and observe operational requirements for Retail Security Sections    
• Manpower scheduling and monitor team members performance
• Manage an effective relationship with customers and internal staff
• Handle customer regarding telephone enquiries and complaints and provide high Quality customer services
• Provide recommendations to improve overall operations
• Deliver an efficient and effective security service

Requirements:

• Strong leadership with practical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation with professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Strong analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computer applications with good spoken English and Cantonese
• Holder of QAS Train the Trainer Certificate will be an advantage
• Willing to work on weekend & public holidays
• Immediate available is preferred
