Company Overview:

My client is a well established HK listed company, with a strong presence in Hong Kong, PRC, and the Asia Pacific Region, one of the fastest expanding property developer in the region with a diversified portfolio of projects from residential, commercial, entertainment and high end up-scale complex. As a result of further potential expansion in 2015, they are keen to bring in an experienced M&A, investment professional, ideally with real estate investment bankground to join their corporate finance team. 

Responsibilities: 

You will be working closely with senior directors, supervising a small team, working on the identifications of potential acquisitions, conduct site visits, due dilligence, pre- acquisitions analysis from IRR, feasibility studies to valuations, dealing with external valuers, as well as other stakeholders for the assessment of projects at an initial stage. You will present findings to board of directors along with the senior directors, on recommendations of potential investment, acquisitions for the group's property business. You will take up responsibilities to handle fundrasing, pitching to investors and facing shareholders for Q&A also along with the IR team. Post integration monitoring are also essential and as a result candidates are expected to assum a full spectrum responsibility to drive the group's investment business.

Requirements:

This is an experienced hire, middle- senior entry role ideal for candidates whom has already acquired 4+ years of working experience with good M&A exposures, successful investment trackrecord. Ideally from a real estate, property developer background but not a must. Flexible with travelling pending on business and projects demand. Degree in Accounting & Finance or other related discipline. Professional qualifications will be an advantage. Fluent English and Mandarin are also essential.
