Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of working experience and with 3 years managerial level preferably in Healthcare sector

Good leadership and communication skill with high degree of integrity and responsibility

Self-starter with career mind, self-initiative and be able to work under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulating of service strategies on service department development
- Monitoring the quality performance of the company products
- Enforcement the implementation of SOP of service activities
- Project Management
- CAPA & FSN Handling
- Inventory control of spare parts
- Provide technical training to service engineer and customer
